Dr Boone was great last year, however a few months ago I made my appt for my annual with contact lens. Today I received a phone call THE DAY BEFORE my appt to cancel me since they no longer accept my insurance! You would think when they cane to this decision- they would run all their patients with this insurance and call us all at once! Not wait until the day before! Luckily - I was able to get in to another office and I am not out of contacts so I will be okay. I am sure others have not been so lucky. Unprofessional in my opinion

This is the best eye care experience I've had in my life and I'm old. Demaris is one of the most caring and helpful persons at this location. Helped me with my glasses above and beyond from picking out my frames my lenses and I much appreciate her.

Arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment time. Waited 45 minutes not including the additional 10 minutes i arrived early. Waited another 45 minute's before seeing the doctor. My advice is to take the whole day off if you want to be seen. Eyes were no longer dialed when I was seen. The front desk staff is very rude and not professional.

I went to see Dr. Bodendorfer for the first time because of complications from Dry Eye Syndrome. I have never has as thorough an Eye Examination as I had with him. I have had several other acute problems lately and he has taken care of all of them. My dry eyes are no longer making my life miserable and I owe it all to his expert diagnosis and treatment.
